Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients presenting with a variety of emergent conditions
• Rapidly triage, assess, and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Administer medications, start IVs, monitor vital signs, and perform critical interventions
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses and treatments
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all ER protocols and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or Compact State eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
• Adaptability and the confidence to thrive in a dynamic environment
