Clinic Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Lawrenceville, Georgia

Deliver critical care and compassionate support to patients in a dynamic outpatient and urgent care setting. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to triage, assess, and treat individuals with urgent, emergent, and ongoing health concerns.

Schedule:

• 3:00 PM start time
• 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in Emergency Room, Urgent Care, or Clinic environments preferred
• ICU RN background considered and welcomed
• Strong skills in triage, assessment, and patient advocacy
• Ability to remain composed and effective in fast-paced, high-acuity situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic and urgent care setting
• Triage patients according to severity and urgency of care needed
• Perform thorough assessments, administer medications, and carry out physician-ordered interventions
• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinicians for coordinated, quality care
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up requirements
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to critical clinical situations as they arise
