Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Lenexa, KS

An excellent opportunity awaits experienced Emergency Room RNs seeking a dynamic contract position. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract
• Night shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 6:45pm - 7:15am
• Two positions available at 36 hrs per week
• One position available at 48 hrs per week

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Kansas RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Proven experience working as an RN in the Emergency Room

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients quickly and effectively
• Deliver compassionate care following emergency nursing standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate records
• Respond promptly to emergency situations with strong critical thinking
• Maintain a high standard of infection control and patient safety protocols
