Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Liberty, IL

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC preferred)
• Proficient with emergency protocols, triage procedures, and rapid assessment skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Capacity to remain calm and efficient in high-stress, fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate, plan, and implement nursing care for patients presenting with urgent or life-threatening conditions
• Quickly assess patient needs and prioritize care, including triage of multiple patients simultaneously
• Monitor, document, and report patient symptoms, vital signs, and changes in status
• Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as indicated
• Support patients and families through education, guidance, and compassionate communication
• Collaborate with emergency physicians, specialists, and allied health staff to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to facility protocols and regulatory guidelines
