Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Livingston, MT

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Emergency Room (ER) environment
• Prior experience with pediatric ER patients strongly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS certification highly desired
• Demonstrated ability to quickly assess, triage, and care for diverse patient populations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to ER patients across all ages, with a focus on both adult and pediatric populations
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and initiate immediate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Document and update patient records accurately in accordance with facility guidelines
• Educate patients and their families on condition management, procedures, and post-discharge care
• Adhere strictly to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

$2,250 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
