Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Loveland, OH

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in a Level I Emergency Room
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and provide compassionate care
• Candidates must reside 75 miles or more from the facility (radius rule applies)

Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients entering the emergency department
• Deliver timely, high-quality nursing interventions in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and IV therapies accurately
• Document patient information and treatment plans in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
• Respond to codes and rapidly changing situations with professionalism and clinical expertise
