Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Loveland, OH

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an emergency room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC are a plus
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities
• Flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with current ER protocols and electronic medical records systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rapid patient assessments and implement urgent care interventions
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision and care
• Monitor vital signs, recognize acuity changes, and initiate appropriate responses
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
• Document patient histories, assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Provide education, support, and information to patients and their families
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
