Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Lynn, Massachusetts

Schedule/Hours:

• Nights, 36 hours/week
• Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Occasional floating and day shift rotation as needed (low frequency)
• Free on-site parking

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care across all populations in a busy, high-volume ED (230 visits/day)
• Perform assessments, documentation, IV therapy, phlebotomy, EKGs, cardiac monitoring, splinting, and patient education
• Engage in critical thinking to swiftly respond to emergent situations
• Collaborate within a 1:4 clinician-to-patient ratio, adapting to patient needs and departmental flow

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent emergency nursing experience
• Proficient in core ED procedures and protocols
• Must be AHA certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS; NRP and TNCC strongly preferred
• Experience with EMR systems (EPIC ASAP advantageous)
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
