Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Lynn, Massachusetts

Key Details:

• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Shifts: Day/Night rotating
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Contract position

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with a focus on Emergency Room (ER) nursing
• At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications per state and practice standards (BLS, ACLS)
• Experience in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
• Adaptable and comfortable with frequent movement within patient care areas
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations, both in ER hallways and bays
• Rapidly assess and prioritize patient conditions and needs
• Navigate multiple care areas to access patients, medications, and supplies efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Stay calm and focused in an environment with frequent interruptions and high patient turnover
