Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Marlow, OK

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to emergency room patients, quickly assessing conditions and prioritizing interventions.

• Administer medications, start IVs, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient status and provide critical interventions as appropriate.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families, offering updates and emotional support.
• Uphold hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Advanced knowledge of emergency care, trauma, cardiac care, and medical-surgical nursing.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Strong critical thinking, triage, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
