• 5 night shifts per week

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license, with experience in Emergency Room nursing (ER RN)
• Prior Level I Trauma Center experience required
• Ability to manage acute and complex cases in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical judgement, critical thinking, and effective communication skills
• Must adhere to a 75-mile radius rule for applicants

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rapid, accurate, and compassionate assessment, triage, and direct care in the ER
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed and timely records according to facility protocols
• Respond efficiently to emergency situations with confidence and technical expertise
• Uphold safety and infection control standards in every aspect of care
