Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional ER-related certifications a plus
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the ER
• Assess patient conditions rapidly and accurately; initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with emergency physicians and interdisciplinary teams on treatment plans
• Administer medications, initiate IVs, and perform emergency procedures as needed
• Document patient histories, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Monitor patient progress and recognize changes in condition quickly
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care protocols
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
