Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Mason, Ohio

Candidate Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ recent experience as an Emergency Room RN
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to remain composed and decisive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and prioritize incoming patients in the Emergency Room
• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and perform emergency interventions as needed
• Monitor patient conditions and update healthcare team and records promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to provide high-quality, coordinated care
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Ensure all protocols and standards of care are followed to maintain patient safety
