Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Mckinleyville, CA

Schedule:

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Advanced clinical skills in triage, monitoring, and response to acute situations
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room
• Conduct assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and administer medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care
• Document care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
• Provide education, advocacy, and emotional support to patients and families
• Adhere to established protocols and uphold the highest standards of safety and infection control
