Position Details

• 13-week assignment
• 12-bed Emergency Department
• Shift: 3x12s — Nights
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4 normally; may flex to 1:6 during high volume
• Physician on-site 24/7, with APP on swing shift
• Robust ancillary staff support

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license with ED experience
• Strongly prefer prior experience in rural or critical access hospitals
• Background in serving Indigenous patient populations is a plus
• Comfort and adaptability in fluctuating-volume, small ED environments
• Ability to commute independently; must have own reliable transportation
