An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced RN with a background in Emergency Room nursing to provide direct, high-quality patient care. This contract role offers engagement in a dynamic environment where your expertise in critical care truly matters.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shift options: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Call rotation includes:
    • 1 weekday (3:30 PM – 7:00 PM)
    • 1 weekend every 4 weeks (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Recent experience in Emergency Room (ER) nursing
  • Credentials: NMTCB or ARRT(N)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment
  • Assess, triage, and manage life-threatening conditions efficiently
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other interventions as needed
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient documentation
