Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 60 miles from assignment location to qualify
• Required certifications current prior to start (refer to LPNT checklist for details; facility may require additional certifications)
• Fingerprinting required prior to hire as per New Mexico state guidelines (assignment may begin on a 14-day waiver while results process)
• Emergency Room nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy emergency department
• Triage and assess patients, implement treatment plans, and anticipate patient needs
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams under pressure
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital practices
• Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and department flow
