Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS preferred

• Excellent communication abilities for patient and team interactions
• Experience operating within fast-moving, high acuity settings

Responsibilities:

• Appropriately assess and triage incoming ER patients
• Deliver evidence-based patient care in a rapidly changing environment
• Document all care and observations thoroughly and accurately
• Collaborate with providers, specialists, and support staff to coordinate and implement care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant ER environment
