Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling options, including day and night shifts

Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications (TNCC/ATCN/CEN highly desired)
  • Experience caring for patients spanning neonatal to geriatric ages in an Emergency Room setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency interventions
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to utilize SBAR and collaborate with diverse medical teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and reassess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and document clinical responses
  • Safely administer medications and perform treatments per policy, maintaining stringent infection control standards
  • Educate patients and families using evidence-based tools and resources
  • Interpret diagnostic data, intervene appropriately, and communicate patient status to the healthcare team
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, National Patient Safety Goals, and Life Safety Standards
  • Engage in continuous learning and participate in multidisciplinary care planning
