Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Experience in ER nursing; skilled in patient care from newborns to geriatric populations
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications required (TNCC/ATCN/CEN highly desired)
• Proven competence in rapid assessment, triage, and critical care
• Ability to administer and evaluate effectiveness of medications and treatments
• Familiarity with SBAR communication, Core Measures, and infection control standards

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive and reassessments, address physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
• Develop, review, and update care plans, ensuring exceptional documentation
• Deliver medications, treatments, and utilize advanced ED skills
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, communicate changes in patient conditions, and participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives
• Educate patients and families and uphold patient rights and privacy at all times
