Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Mount Washington, Kentucky

This role offers daily engagement with diverse patient populations, collaborative cross-functional teams, and an opportunity to strengthen your skills in a variety of acute scenarios. Exposure to multiple leadership approaches, including 24/7 support from management and experienced charge nurses, ensures you’ll advance your practice while expanding your resume with every shift.

Schedule/Hours:

• Days: 7:00 am–7:00 pm
• Mids: 11:00 am–11:00 pm
• Nights: 7:00 pm–7:00 am
• Every 3rd weekend
• Holiday rotation (not all holidays required)
• 6-week schedule cycles released a month in advance

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certification (all required)
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room RN experience (any trauma level)
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR preferred
• Advanced IV starts, foley/NG tube insertion, neuro assessments, triage, codes, pressor and drip management, sedation, and care for critical patients
• Adaptability, teamwork, and leadership in a fast-paced ER environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care across all ages, including rapid stabilization and transfers
• Perform bedside procedures, critical interventions, and nurse-led leadership
• Collaborate with ER providers, management, and multidisciplinary hospital teams
