An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care. Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year professional experience in an Emergency Room setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC certification strongly preferred
- Sound clinical judgment with the ability to respond adeptly in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with modern EMR systems
Responsibilities:
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting to the Emergency Department
- Initiate and administer appropriate interventions, medications, and therapies as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and post-discharge instructions
- Adhere to facility protocols, quality assurance guidelines, and infection control procedures
- Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies and life-threatening situations
