Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted RN license (New York)
• Current certification in BLS and ACLS
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ER nursing experience
• Excellent assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to collaborate and work efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess, triage, and manage patients with acute medical conditions, trauma, or other emergencies
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions as needed
• Accurately document patient information, care provided, and physician orders
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families during stressful situations
• Coordinate patient care effectively with physicians, ancillary staff, and other nurses
• Maintain adherence to all hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control protocols
