Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license with eligibility to practice
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room environment
- Solid knowledge of emergency protocols, assessment, and interventions
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
- Team-oriented attitude with adaptability to changing patient needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and triage for ER patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor patients’ conditions, document changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
