Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room environment
• Solid knowledge of emergency protocols, assessment, and interventions
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and triage for ER patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patients’ conditions, document changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments to deliver coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times
