Schedule:
- Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 or 48 hours weekly (must be specified)
- 13-week assignment
- Weekend shifts as needed
- No call requirements
Qualifications:
- Current RN license meeting Missouri eligibility
- Minimum 1 year in a Level 1 ED OR 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma ED (required)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA), TNCC; NIHSS (can complete before start)
- Strong flexibility, communication skills, and clinical judgment
- High-acuity, trauma, or pediatric experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive emergency care to all ages
- Collaborate across departments to optimize patient comfort and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to best practices and patient safety standards
- Maintain documentation with EMR (Epic)
- Engage in ongoing evaluation and improvement of patient care
