You’ll collaborate with accomplished teams in a bustling Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center, with exposure to best practices among an award-winning staff. Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 36 or 48 hours per week (flexible options; specify preference on submission)
- 13-week assignment
- Weekend shifts as required by facility
- No on-call requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (eligible for Missouri or currently licensed)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA only); TNCC; NIHSS (can obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year ED experience in a Level 1 or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility (must be on resume)
- High acuity, trauma/peds experience highly preferred
- Determined, decisive, and flexible with excellent communication
- Willingness to comply with facility’s dress code (black scrubs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to emergency patients of all ages
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Maintain high standards in patient safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction
