(RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Pacoima, California

Schedule/Hours:

• 36/48 hour workweeks
• Mids: 9:00 am and 11:00 am start times
• No holiday RTO approved

Qualifications:

• Current California RN license required
• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
• Demonstrated experience with both Cerner and EPIC electronic medical record systems
• Emergency department nursing background (RN-ER)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients in the ER, ensuring timely and appropriate clinical interventions
• Respond to acute patient needs and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
• Operate effectively in high-pressure situations, remaining focused on patient safety
• Document all patient encounters, medications, and treatments accurately using Cerner and EPIC
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and hospital procedures in compliance with state and national standards
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during emergency care
