Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Paris, Texas

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ER nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
• Excellent assessment, triage, and patient management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, changing situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care for patients presenting with a wide array of acute medical emergencies
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams during patient assessment, stabilization, and ongoing care
• Perform rapid, accurate triage to determine prioritization of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and facility policy
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly in electronic medical records
• Support patients and families with clear information and emotional reassurance in high-stress situations
• Uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards at all times
