Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Pawtucket, RI

Schedule:

• 13-week contract
• Choice of 36 or 48 hours per week, overnight shifts
• No call required

Qualifications:

• Active unrestricted RN license in Rhode Island or multi-state compact license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous experience in a Level One Emergency Room is mandatory
• Strong clinical assessment, critical reasoning, and communication skills
• Must complete a VOICE ADVANTAGE INTERVIEW – List A
• Ready to begin on either 8/17 or 8/31 (orientation occurs every other week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients quickly and accurately, addressing urgent and life-threatening conditions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver evidence-based care
• Administer medications, monitor for changes in patient status, and provide interventions as appropriate
• Document all care accurately and promptly within the EMR system
• Educate patients and their families, providing updates and emotional support during emergencies
• Demonstrate adaptability and composure within a dynamic, high-acuity setting

$2,001 - $2,189/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
