(RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Pearl, Mississippi

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in Emergency Room nursing
• Proven ability to quickly assess and triage patients in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical skills, including IV placement, medication administration, and cardiac monitoring
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain as required)
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and thorough care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
• Rapidly assess, triage, and prioritize patient care according to severity
• Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and support staff to deliver high-quality medical interventions
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient condition with accuracy and attention to detail
• Administer medications, initiate treatments, and operate advanced medical equipment
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures, infection control protocols, and facility guidelines
