Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Proven experience as an Emergency Room Nurse (ER RN)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Thorough understanding of emergency procedures, triage, and evidence-based protocols
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to excel in high-pressure, team-oriented environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and deliver care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Monitor patients’ conditions, responding swiftly to changes
• Document assessments, interventions, and care outcomes accurately
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
