Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and valid RN license
  • Proven experience in an Emergency Room (ER) environment
  • Advanced knowledge of emergency protocols, triage, and critical care best practices
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain as required)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess rapidly evolving clinical situations and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated capacity for remaining calm and effective under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver patient-centered care to individuals experiencing medical emergencies
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions promptly
  • Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and medical staff to coordinate high-quality care
  • Administer medications, IVs, and other critical interventions as directed
  • Educate patients and families on medical conditions, procedures, and aftercare
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and documentation in compliance with facility protocols
  • Uphold strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
