Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Pinson, AL

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional ER-specific certifications such as PALS or TNCC are a plus)

• Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm, professional approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, following all clinical protocols and best practices
• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as required
• Collaborate closely with ER physicians, fellow nurses, and other care professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care accurately in medical records systems
• Offer support and information to patients and families during critical moments
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
