Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Triage patients and prioritize care based on severity of condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
- Monitor and assess patients’ responses, documenting accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
- Provide patient and family education, offering emotional support as needed
- Manage medical emergencies efficiently, employing advanced clinical judgment
- Adhere to infection control and safety procedures at all times
