Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license
• Previous experience working in an Emergency Room or Emergency Department setting required
• Demonstrated ability to perform rapid patient assessment, triage, and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in emergency protocols, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and basic life support (BLS); pediatric advanced life support (PALS) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with a calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, from triage through discharge or admission
• Quickly and accurately assess patient conditions, recognize life-threatening situations, and implement interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to execute treatment plans
• Administer medications, start IVs, monitor vital signs, and operate emergency medical equipment
• Document patient information, observations, and care in electronic medical records in accordance with facility standards
• Offer patient and family education regarding conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Adhere strictly to infection control and patient safety protocols
