Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license, valid in Virginia or compact states
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing
• BLS and ACLS certification (required)
• TNCC and PALS certification (preferred)
• Exceptional critical thinking, rapid assessment, and communication skills
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
