Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated ability to handle rapidly changing clinical situations

• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support various needs in a busy ER

Primary Responsibilities:

• Quickly assess patient conditions, establish priorities, and provide appropriate care interventions
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient responses and report changes to medical staff promptly
• Document care precisely and efficiently in accordance with current guidelines
• Support patients and families with clear information, empathy, and education during high-stress situations
• Maintain compliance with all infection control, safety, and regulatory procedures in the ER
• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes
