Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Prescott, AZ

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Previous experience in an emergency room setting preferred
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records and care documentation
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver rapid, high-quality nursing care to patients with acute medical needs and trauma
• Perform triage, assessments, and ongoing monitoring of patient conditions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as necessary
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document care accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility policies
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, diagnoses, and follow-up care requirements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times

$1,811 - $1,981/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
