What You’ll Need:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
• Demonstrated proficiency in triage and emergency protocols
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid patient assessments, prioritize care, and implement appropriate interventions
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to address emergent medical situations
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions as directed
• Support patients and their families with education and emotional reassurance
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Contribute to a cooperative, professional work environment
