Travel (RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Prospect, Kentucky

Key Schedule Details:

• Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Mid: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend rotation every 3rd weekend; holiday rotation based on need
• No on-call required

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with minimum 2 years’ ER experience (no first-time travelers)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Proficiency in IV starts, foley/NG tube insertion, neuro assessments, triage, critical care interventions, sedation, and code response
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to excel as an emergency services subject matter expert

Responsibilities:

• Triage and care for patients of all ages with a range of acute illnesses and injuries
• Initiate and manage advanced therapies, including pressors, drips, and sedation
• Collaborate closely with a comprehensive multidisciplinary team
• Provide neuro, cardiac, and trauma assessments
• Assist in bedside procedures utilizing advanced technology
