Scheduling:

• Shifts: 7a-7p, 11a-11p, or 7p-7a (12-hour options)
• Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
• No on-call; rotating holiday expectations
• 6-week schedule cycles, posted approximately 1 month in advance

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license; minimum 2 years of recent ER experience (all trauma levels)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications (required)
• Proficient in IV starts, NG tubes, neuro assessments, triage, codes, critical patient care, and moderate sedation
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable leading by example
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency care to diverse age groups
• Manage demanding patient ratios (1:4-5), including critical and behavioral health cases
• Initiate and titrate cardiac drips, sedation, insulin, and assist with bedside procedures
• Act as a subject matter expert on ER practice; support patients from all backgrounds
