Working in this progressive emergency department, you’ll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages—from infants to seniors. Each day offers both meaningful clinical challenges and the satisfaction of supporting a dynamic patient population, making this assignment a rewarding step in your nursing journey.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license
• Prior experience in an emergency department
• BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC required (TNCC/ATCN/CEN highly preferred)
• Proficient in rapid patient assessment and care planning
• Demonstrated ability to manage patients across the lifespan
• Skilled in delivering high-risk medications and performing advanced procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Update and maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Communicate promptly with physicians and care teams using SBAR
• Provide patient/family education and participate in multidisciplinary planning
• Follow all hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards
• Respond effectively to emergencies, activate rapid response, and manage restraints as needed
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of ED patient flow, documentation, and medication administration
