Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• Valid, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year ER experience
• Demonstrated competency caring for patients of all ages (birth through geriatric)
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC required (TNCC/ATCN/CEN highly desired)
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Complete comprehensive patient assessments at required intervals
• Develop, review, and update care plans based on reassessments and multidisciplinary input
• Safely administer medications and treatments per protocols and organization policy
• Act immediately to changes in patient condition; document interventions and outcomes clearly
• Initiate patient/family education using relevant resources
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and national quality standards
• Contribute to rapid medical interventions and participate in emergency protocols
