Schedule/Hours:
• Full-time travel position (rotating shifts may apply)

Qualifications & Experience:
• Active and current RN license
• Recent Emergency Department experience required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications required
• TNCC/ATCN/CEN certifications highly desirable
• Adaptable to a teaching/physician residency model
• Skilled in advanced patient assessment and rapidly changing clinical situations
• Ability to care for pediatric to geriatric patients

Core Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive assessments on admission and reassess as patient condition evolves
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with strict safety protocols
• Handle all aspects of ED patient flow, from admission to discharge
• Promptly communicate changes in patient condition and utilize SBAR for all handoffs
• Document thoroughly, addressing pain management, discharge, patient education, and progress
• Educate patients and families based on assessed needs
• Adhere strictly to infection control, safety standards, disaster plans, and hospital policy
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary care planning
