Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment (Multiple shifts available)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC (TNCC/ATCN/CEN highly desired)
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced patient assessment across all age groups
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience caring for patients from birth through geriatrics

Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough patient assessments on admission and as patient condition changes
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per hospital policy, documenting all interventions and patient responses
• Perform procedures according to sterile technique, infection control, and patient privacy standards
• Educate patients and families based on assessed needs
• Promptly communicate changes in patient status to the care team
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and patient flow management
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control policies, blood transfusion protocols, and documentation standards
