Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients with acute illnesses or injuries in the emergency room
• Administer medications and treatments promptly and safely according to protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, healthcare team members, and support staff to coordinate care
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in medical records
• Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment conducive to patient recovery

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state
• Proven experience or specialized skills in Emergency Room (ER) nursing
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple urgent cases simultaneously
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
