Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
- Proficiency with prioritizing patient care in high-stress, fast-paced environments
- Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, patient-focused care to individuals experiencing acute illness or trauma
- Rapidly assess patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
