Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Proficiency with prioritizing patient care in high-stress, fast-paced environments
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, patient-focused care to individuals experiencing acute illness or trauma
• Rapidly assess patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage emergency procedures
• Communicate critical information to physicians and healthcare team members
• Document all care provided with accuracy and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in the implementation of care plans and ensure patient safety
• Educate patients and their families regarding ongoing care and treatment
