Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Saint Matthews, SC

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 3x12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience required (first-time travelers welcome – must have ED experience)
• American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required
• CPI and TNCC preferred
• Proficiency with Epic electronic charting required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, empathetic emergency care across patient populations
• Effectively manage patient assignments based on acuity
• Respond and adapt to emergencies, including potential hurricane deployments during the season (June–November)
• Float to similar units as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in EPIC
