Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Schedule:

• 13-week contract commitment
• 3 shifts of 12 hours each, variable across days, nights, and weekends

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Minnesota RN license
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in an emergency department setting
• Current certifications including BLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and triage skills
• Ability to adapt and remain calm under pressure in a high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and care team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess patients and prioritize care in an emergency room setting
• Initiate appropriate interventions and monitor patient status throughout their stay
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
• Provide clear documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in patient records
• Deliver patient and family education related to diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care needs
• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain up-to-date certifications

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
