Key Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Shift: Three 12-hour shifts per week, variable evenings or nights

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years’ Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking abilities
• Commitment to patient safety, communication, and ethical care

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver swift, efficient, and thorough nursing care to ER patients with a wide range of conditions
• Triage, assess, and monitor patient status; document changes and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, initiate IVs, and manage advanced interventions as authorized by Minnesota nursing scope of practice
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to implement care plans and ensure timely patient treatment
• Provide clear, supportive education to patients and their families in high-pressure situations

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
