Travel Registered Nurse ER | Shepherdsville, Kentucky

As an Emergency Room RN, you’ll work within a well-supported, fast-paced unit serving patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. You will broaden your professional horizons through exposure to diverse patient populations and critical scenarios, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team backed by 24/7 support from ER leadership, physicians, respiratory therapists, intensivists, and hospitalists. Schedule Options:

• Days: 0700-1900
• Mids: 1100-2300
• Nights: 1900-0700
• Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
• Holiday rotation based on unit needs
• No on-call required

Desired Background:

• Two or more years of recent ER nursing experience (any trauma level)
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Current RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certification required
• Demonstrated skills: IV starts, foley/NG tube insertion, neuro assessment, triage, codes, critical care (pressors, cardiac drips, sedation), and bedside procedures
• Adaptability and teamwork are essential—willingness to be a clinical role model and ER subject matter expert
