Schedule/Hours
- 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (12-hour shifts)
- 36 hours per week guaranteed
- Four weekend shifts every four weeks
- No call requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience (required)
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
- Trauma and pediatric experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
- Comfortable with Cerner EHR
- Enthusiasm for diverse patient care (geriatric, adult, pediatric, fast track, critical)
- Flexible scrub color or print
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to patients with diverse emergency needs
- Maintain safe, therapeutic environments
- Prioritize rapid assessments and interventions for critical patients
- Document accurately in the electronic health record
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
